(There is no charge for regular tithe payers of Yorkwood Church of God and their immediate family. Tithe payer MUST HOST the event.)

If hosting an event for someone outside of the church other than parents, children, brothers and sisters, there will be a charge for the use if the buildings. The host will be responsible to make sure all attendees adhere to the Yorkwood COG policy of a modest dress code, no smoking, no alcohol use, and no drug use ANYWHERE on church property.

After the event the host is responsible for cleaning and returning everything to its proper place.
• Buildings cannot be used for any type of business meetings except church business.
• No parties for profit other than church fundraisers are allowed.
• The Gym is not available for any type of sporting event because of liability issues

Rental Charges:
• Fellowship Building: $200.00 plus a $50.00 cleaning deposit
• Gym: $300 plus a $100.00 cleaning deposit

Church Weddings

The church is available for Weddings, at no charge, to regular tithe payers and their children. For all others, the rental charge is $500.00 plus a $250.00 cleaning deposit. (All users, including regular tithe payers will be required to pay the cleaning deposit, (WHICH IS DUE WHEN RESERVATION IS BOOKED)

OTHER FEES: *Sound Operator: $75.00 *Pianist: $75.00 (Optional) *Organist: $75.00 (Optional)

ALL CLEANING DEPOSITS FOR ALL BUILDINGS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN TEN DAYS IF BUILDINGS ARE CLEANED PROPERLY AND ALL FURNITURE, TABLES, KITCHEN UTENSILS, ETC. ARE RETURNED TO THEIR PROPER PLACES.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING:

I/We,_______________________, have read this agreement and will comply in all areas. The building or buildings I use/rent will be cleaned and returned to their proper order. I/We will be totally responsible for the care and cleaning of Yorkwood COG property.
